Didn't receive full amount from payment??

My girlfriend owed me $150 ... she asked if she could paypal me - sure why not?  I saw that the money arrived IN FULL a day or so ago - HOWEVER today when I went to trf the money to my checking acct the amount has been reduced to $145.35    How did this happen??

she is using goods and services,Paypal fee is 30 cents plus 2.9 % for domestic transaction,cross border is 30 cents plus 4.4%

she should have used friend and family,paypal balance or bank transfer via Paypal
