Hi,
I have sent a Paypal payment to a seller for a custom toys head sculpt on 28 March 2018 but the payment still shows pending even until today (9 April 2018).
I have provided my payment details as requested in Paypal resolve but still no help. I also received another separate email from Paypal and requested for my Facebook friend (the one who shares to buy the toys with me) date of birth to be sent to compliancetransactions which I found out that this is quite inappropriate. I put this friend name in the note to the seller is just for his information only, item still will be sent to me at my address.
I have emailed Paypal twice through Paypal message and emailed to compliancetransactions twice as well but get no reply at all from them.
Please assist.
