I am getting my credit card stolen on a fairly regular basis and I can not get the credit card security to give the slightest hint where or who got my credit card number. It should not be too hard to firgure out. I live in a small town and do not use the card at a large variety of locations.
Would PayPal help me at all or am I just SOL with all credit card companies and should go back to using cash as much as possible?

If your card is actually stolen, you need to take care of it so it doesn't get stolen or lost. It's not the credit card bank's responsbility if you can hang on to your card. How do you allow it to be stolen?
