Money disappeared

Please can someone help me? I did an instant transfer in the amount of $300 To my bank account. The money vanished into thin air. The bank is not able to locate the money and it was never put into my account. I am now out of $300 and no one can seem to find it.

check your pay pal summary/activity for pending transfers, mine disappears from my pay pal balance sometimes but is pending
