I opened a dispute because I received the wrong watch from an overseas scammer company, and I'm basically being told I need to ship it back at my cost to receive a refund. This is bs in my opinion. Any suggestions?
I have the same problem with ordering a small printer and receiving a junky piece of plastic stamp.
An automatic refund should be given and leave the scammers out of pocket. PayPal must know these are scams if they get numerous complaints Doesn’t give you any confidence in using PayPal for further purchases
