Why does Paypal have so many addresses for me

Has anyone ever been able to make a subject access request to Paypal? Despite it being a legal requirement to make it easy I have spent 2 days with zero success. All I get is my record (which contains data more than 20 years old, so breaches UK GDPR). But contacting a human seems impossible. When I go in chat no one answers me.
