Your AI "help tool" isn't usefull at all. I have an issue and would like to speak with someone from the customer support team. So please contact me to the email stated in my account if a PayPal employee reads this.
PS: please add a button like "leave a message for our support team" in the help centre. There's no point having an AI which cannot help and just tells you that there's currently no human available for helping you... I won't wait hours in front of the screen just for reaching one of you guys, give any option to your customers to contact support in a time independent way (like emails or like a message section). Thanks!
