Can't withdraw funds

 I can't withdraw funds from my PayPal balance.

When i click "Withdraw funds" paypal asking me to add U.S. bank account, but i'm not even a resident of U.S.

I have only credit card ( Master Card) connected to my PayPal.

PayPal accounts in Kazakhstan are able to withdraw to US bank accounts and Visa cards issued in Kazakhstan.

You will be able to use your Mastercard for sending funds only.

I'm a new user. And my account have been verified. But when i'll withdrawn my money to the local bank. I get error message " Need more information ...". Please help me. What I should do ? Thanks

Hi, what's wrong with paypal website
why can not you withdraw money from my PayPal account to my master card.
Paypal sends my money automatically every 1 month, but it was not 1 Oct.

It happened the same thing in August so I deducted 3 times and paid a fee to paypal 15 usd. I have yet to get back 15 usd from paypal even though it says that paypal sends money free of charge every month

It's hard to get a response or fee back from paypal.
I have not linked a bank because it requires the United States Bank has only my master card, which is executed in Bosnia
. It has worked before October 1 but now does not work.
