I transferred funds from my account to my PayPal debit card and I was told 24 hours and it still hasn't changed. What do I do to speed the process up? It's literally my paycheck and I have no gas for work without it!

Huh? You mean added funds from your bank account to your PayPal balance, right? Because you can't transfer from bank account directly to the PayPal cash debit card.

Or did you transfer funds from PayPal balance to the PayPal Prepaid card?

PayPal balance to PayPal card. I used the scan a check option for PayPal plus.
