It has never happened before Paypal withdraws its money on the 1st of the month. PayPal has no reason to hold money during pendling since 1:37 AM.There was no problem on August 1, but now Paypal has started to falter.

I'm sorry to hear that the withdrawal is pending. It's possible that there was a need for review of the funds. Has the withdrawal gone through at this time?
