still no confirmation of linking the bank account

its been 3 weeks and there is still no confirmation of my bank account to be linked successfully. what should I do next?

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty linking and confirming your bank account. Have you followed these steps to link the account? Have two small amounts been deposited in your bank account from PayPal? If so, please follow these steps to confirm your account. If the two small deposits have not reached your bank, it is possible that your bank will not accept them, and thus the account would be unable to be confirmed.
