payment is on hold

hello, one of my payments is still on hold even though the product I sold was delivered last week on December 21st. I put the tracking number but my payment is still on hold. I did this transaction through depot. Is there a reason why my money is still on hold? Thank you.

Someimes there can be delays on confirming delivery by PayPal. Or perhaps your transaction is higher risk than usual.

 

Ask buyers/senders to “confirm receipt” to release funds (may not be available for some countries) with these steps:

 

 - Click Activity at the top of the page.

 - Find and click the original payment for the item or service.

 - Click Confirm Receipt.

 - Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

 

Or contact customer service to manually confirm delivery and release funds (please allow 24/48 hours for request to process):

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
