Hi well first time user on this type of chat I was going to pay for a pre order but I want to know what type of protection or guarantee do I have that the seller will ship item and stated within the listing. If the order takes almost 4 to 5 months to receive what then I am up sh...t cheek or do I have protection via paypallll or eBay if the seller decide not to ship and keep the money I appreciate a reply on the community
That depends on MANY factors all listed in Paypals buyer protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions. Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.
