Is PayFlow Out Dated as a payment platform? Getting a lot of failed transactions on WooCommerce

We are using PayFlow with WooCommerce, but I see that there is a new WooCommerce PayPal plugin that I've installed on another site that has way more features including Google/Apple Pay and Venmo. It seems that the PayFlow app is old and outdated and we are getting errors (generic 15005) from people checking out.
There doesn't seem to be any info on PP about WooCommerce PayFlow Pro verses Woocommerce PayPal Payments. I've tried talking to support, but you get stuck with a level 0 support tech in India who has no idea what you are talking about.
Can anyone point me to a detailed support page for these products as they arrear to be totally different beasts!

I understand that you are referring to PayPal Payflow Gateway is a legacy integration.
To resolve the issue you are currently experiencing, I recommend that the buyer try again using a different funding source for the payment.
