HellO does anyone know why I keep getting a email saying congratulations you have funds for my 501c3 non profit but when I go to my account on PayPal their is 0.00 on their I have confirmed my account and anytime I re do those steps it takes me back to the email that says we got it from here you’ll hear from us in 3 days but I’ve gotten that email already like a week ago . I have vet apts coming up and was hoping these funds would show in the PayPal account by now my friend is also a non profit she said her donations show up in her account when people donate but mine still shows zero . Thank you
