How to receive payment when the payee does not have a PayPal account.

I have a Business PayPal account.  How do I allow my Payees to use a credit card (credit/debit) or checking account with my account?  I can receive Payments if the payee has a PayPal account but not if they don't.  "Why don't they have PayPal?"

Having a Paypal account is not mandatory !!

If you want to receive direct paypal payments then get a card reader?
