Is there a way to talk to someone at Paypal? My account has been restricted for the last week or so. I cannot send payments. I can receive them. When I try to troubleshoot it only leads to dead ends. When I read articles on Paypal it says to look for the bell on the top of the home page or to check messages, etc.  I see nothing anywhere telling me what I need to correct.  It is frustrating!  I cannot correct it if I do not know what I need to correct.  Or has someone else here had the same issue and gotten it resolved?  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
