Have sold something on Facebook market place for first time and have posted it before money sent to PayPal account as had email asking for tracking info before money was released. Then after putting tracking info in email to say buyer needs to pay 200 more to expand limit on PayPal business account. Mine is personal account. Think I have been scammed and my item will be delivered for free. Not sure what to do.

You have been scammed unfortunately.

Paypal does not tell you to send with tracking, its advised for seller protection but you don't have to.

Paypal never tell you to send anything until the funds are showing in your paypal account balance, even if pending or on hold they would still show in your paypal balance / activity.

Secondly you never pay any upfront fee as a seller or to receive funds.

Ignore scammers that send fake Paypal emails telling you that you need to pay an upfront fee to verify/upgrade to a business account/or any other reason to accept a payment.

You would certainly never have to send funds especially via another payment processor/bitcoins/ or tokens/vouchers of any sort.

Any fee is auto deducted by Paypal at the same instant the remainder of the payment is credited to your Paypal account balance.

No funds in your balance = you have not yet been paid, even pending/held payments will still show in your Paypal account activity.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
