This afternoon, I has withdrawn my money to my domestic debit card (this card is NOT VISA or MASTER card, just a normal debit card JCB in the domestic bank). However, I have not received any payment until now (the status on Paypal is "Completed"). Can you please advise me this case? Thank you!
