Yesterday's info from PayPal: "I personally do understand your point and dissatisfaction. And as I would really want to give you exact resolution time, I can't, as we do not know it yet. I can only tell that this issue has high priority, and our technical team is doing their best to resolve it. I know it's been taking long time, and we really expect to be fixed within next 2- 3 weeks. I'm so sorry I cannot give you exact date. It is not know yet. When other parties are also involved the process is long as not everything depends only on us."
