Hi!
My message Center is glitched out. I tried opening a new message to speak to a live agent but I kept on getting the following message "Looks like you have an active conversation already. Go ahead and complete it or click End Conversation to start a new message" I tried ending it but it just loads and does not end. Now the thing the BOT usually starts the chat, but in that chat no BOT started the chat and no live agent ever reached out, therefore I believe it is glitched out.
