Booking.com money is getting automatically refunded

I try to make a reservation on booking.com like I have many times in the past. I know that not all hotels accept paypal as payment method but during the payment process my paypal account was listed, however when I wanted to pay my payment got automatically refunded and I was asked to use my credit card instead. Is this an issue with booking.com or my paypal account. In case my account is limited, where do I see that even? Thanks

Check the resolution centre for any limitation issues.

If there aren't any then its either the site refusing paypal payments OR it could be an issue with the funding source you are using?

Have you confirmed all banks or cards and is there available funds?

Ok thanks, I'll check that out. I have enough funds, so it's either my paypal account or booking.com but not my card.

Hi, I have this same problem right now. After these few months, did you manage to fix it? And visit your booking.com reservation?
