Something I'm having trouble understanding. Say I own an auction site and it uses paypal as a processor. I make a % off of each item sold. Is the only way to accoplish this, to have buyer send money to an account I own, take my %, then send that money to the seller, thus paypal getting a 3% fee twice?
or what other option does paypal offer for something like an auction site?
