Can i verified a US paypal Acount With BVI scotiabank or firstbank. Bank Account ?

Hi i Living On British Virgin Islands.. and i have US business Account that I would Like to get  verified.. i have a online store and the BVI account wont let me have merchantservices or receive any money.. Help Please!!!

You need a US bank account and credit card.
