Can't add ITIN to my business account

I can't add my ITIN to my business account. How to do this or how I can find sombody from PayPal to solve this problem.

This is an issue requiring PayPal customer service. Click "Contact" at the bottom of page.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
