I have several paid subscribers.
There are a minor few who cannot figure out how to cancel automatic recurring payments, even though I've directed them multiple times via paypal help.
They want me to cancel the subscription for them.
Could someone please explain how I can cancel recurring payments TO me?

To cancel your customer’s subscription:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile near the top of the page.
- Select My selling preferences on the left side of the page.
- In the 'Getting paid and managing risk' section, beside 'My automatic payments', click Update.
- In the 'My Customers' section with a list of all your subscribers, click the name of the customer whose subscription you would like to cancel.
- Click Cancel near the top of the page.
- Select Yes to confirm the cancellation.
