Continue Shopping Button Problem (already searched but have new question)

OK, I see that the problem I'm having -

When someone adds something to their PayPal cart on my website and then clicks 'continue shopping, a message pops up saying "The website you are viewing is trying to close this tab?  Then asks if you want to close the tab and asks, yes, or  no. - has been around for some time.  I do not understand about changing the code on the button to stop this. 

If we must change the code, could someone pleae spell it out for someone like me who is relatively html challenged?

Add for your button form the following attribute: target:_self

The shopping cart will open in a self window.
