Custom Payment Pages

Was told but might be old news that I can add a feedback button when customer places order.

"How did you hear about us?" with the pull down tab with different options listed?

Is this possible?

Yes, that is a feature:

Login to your Account.

Go to your Profile.

Go to My selling tools.

Under the Selling online section.

Look for: Custom payment pages Set up PayPal payment pages to look like my website

Click on Update.

On the Customize your Payment Page.

Click on the "Options" tab.

Under Merchant Service Options.

Check the box for "Add a customer service survey".

The rest is straight forward

(Dont' forget to "Save" when done.)

Manage my payment buttons.

Name of my business as it appears on statements: INFO

no Custom payment pages available? is this a UK thing?

The option is for US Accounts - (as you posted on the US Forum, assumed you had a US Account.)
