How can I transfer balance to debit card?

I'm new to paypal and have no idea what I'm doing. I recently recieved a refund from a company I purchased from by sending them an invoice. They paid it and I now have a paypal balance. I only signed up for paypal so I could buy from that certain place so I'm 100% sure that I will not be using paypal again. I'm needing to know how to transfer my balance from paypal onto my debit card. Is there a way to do that or am I stuck having to find something online to buy so I don't loose my money?

You can't transfer the fund to a debit card.  If you want to withdraw the funds, there's 3 options.  You can withdraw to a bank account (no fees and takes 2 to 4 days) , request a paper check ($1.50 fee and takes 2 weeks to get in the mail) or if you have a "trustworthy" friend or relative, use the send money feature to send the funds to them and hopefully they can withdraw the funds and give them to you.  The exception would be if you do have a PayPal Debit card, then you can use that card at an ATM and withdraw the money from your PayPal Account balance.

If you send the money to a trustworthy friend or relative how long does it take and where do they pick up the money??

Assuming your friend or relative has verified their PayPal account and you send the funds from your PayPal Account balance, they will receive the funds almost right away.  Then they would have to either withdraw the funds to thier bank account (takes 2 to 4 days) or if they have a PayPal Debit Card, they can go to an ATM and withdraw the funds right away.
