Internet Explorer customers seeing different Paypal screen to Firefox and Chrome customers

Customers using Internet Explorer 11 get a different Paypal screen to customers using Firefox or Chrome. IE users have the shipping dropped from the cart but FF and Chrome users the shipping carries through fine.
