Is it possible to have a single Business Paypal account tied to a business checking account AND have 2 different web stores each on their own domain?
I would like it so that users of one store see the domain and business name of the domain they are using and after purchasing an item through a buy now button are redirected back to that domain once complete.
What is required to make this happen? Thank you for your time.
Basically this "multi client account" for Google Wallet but for Paypal:

There's a few ways what you have in mind can be done.
Assuming your business name is neutral meaning that it's not directly tied to a specific domain you can have up to 8 different web sites tied to one PayPal Account. As you can have 8 email addresses linked and confirmed to your PayPal Account, you can have one email address for each web site or domain. Assuming you have a business account, you can display a business logo graphic on the PayPal Checkout Screens to represent that specific business which helps align with your branding. Having a neutral business name is useful becasuse when the customer sees their credit card statement they don't get confused. For example they made a purchase from John's Shoes but, they were billed by Salley's Cookies.
The email addresses help to keep your accounting inline as you will know which order came from which Domain.
All of this is quite common when a merchant has only one PayPal Account but, multiple web sites.
As for displaying a business logo graphic, here's a few tips:
* Your PayPal Account must be a "Business Account". * The maximum size for your business and/or logo graphic is 750 pixels wide by 90 pixels high. * The business and/or logo graphic format can be a gif, jpg or png. * The business and/or logo graphic should be stored on a secure or https server. Note, if your business and/or logo graphic is not stored on a secure server, each time the PayPal screen is displayed, a security message will say that this page contains both secure and nonsecure items, do you want to display the nonsecure items? This may scare of some of your customers. If you don't have access to a secure server, there are 3rd party services that can do this for you. For example, check out this site, "www.sslpic.com", the service is free and works well. If you want to keep it simple, you can use the "cpp_header_image" variable in your button HTML code. The line of code would look similar to the example below. Note, you would need to include this line of code with each item and any View Cart Buttons you have. Code: <input type="hidden" name="cpp_header_image" value="https://www.yourwebsite.com/yourlogo.gif"> If you are using "hosting" item button code you can use the "cpp_header_image" variable in your button HTML code. How to modify button code using the "Advanced Variables" in Step 3. Note the text box near the bottom of the page. There you can insert extra variables. For example, to insert the "cpp_header_image" variable just enter: cpp_header_image=https://www.yourwebsite.com/yourlogo.jpg There's no HTML extras, just the name of the variable, an equal sign and the value. If you are using text type button links, then you need to include the following in your text link code: &cpp_header_image=https://www.yourwebsite.com/yourlogo.jpg You can also setup custom pages through your PayPal Account. To learn more about how to setup your custom pages, download a copy of PayPal's Payments Standard Integration Guide and PayPal's Merchant Setup and Administration Guide from this link. Should you have everything setup properly and your business and/or logo graphic is not displaying try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files and history. When ever you make changes to HTML Button Code and want to test your new code, you should delete your web browser's cookies, temp files and history, then close your browser, reopen and then test. If you don't delete the cookies, temp files and history before you test to see the new email address or business graphic logo on the PayPal Screens, you will most likely see the old information.
Last:
Another option is to set-up what is called a Parent/Child account. You would set up one main account that would have a bank account attached to and add sub accounts to receive money from each individual PayPal 'account' name.' This would allow you to have several websites with different business names. They would each act as an individual PayPal account that you would log into but at the end of each day they funds would be swept into one bank account. There's also a catch, you must have a Payments Pro account (costs $30.00 a month) and you need to contact Customer Support for assistance with the setup.

@snowshoe
I just wanted to thank you for your assistance with regard to my question about inclusion in PayPal Shops, and to follow-up with you about it.
About a week ago, upon logging out of PayPal, the page to which I was directed was the sign-up page for PayPal Shops. Sicne you took the time to answer my question I thought it would be prudent to follow-up and let you know that apparently someone at PayPal saw the thread and directed me to the proper page upon logging out of my account.
Regards,
