PAYPAL ADDING VAT TO PAYMENTS!

Please Help!

For the last week paypal has started adding VAT onto just some of my customer's orders.  I have spent ages waiting on teh phone and then wehn I did get through the person on the phone was very unhelpful.

I have emailed several times and had NO reply.  

Has anyone had this problem?

where do you sell?

Could it be the venue where you sell is doing this?

I know on Ebay USA ,we can ask EBAY to calculate state sales tax and add it to the order ,it is our choice,has nothing to do with Paypal/

Maybe you need to check your account settings to see if you have VAT tax turned on.
