It won't work this morning. Had thick envelope, 12 oz. put in all info, and it gave me error message: Unable to print the requested label at this time. The following error occurred.

Sorry, we’re unable to generate your label right now. Your account was not charged. Please try again later. ERRORCODE-50027

Frustrated! I guess I will have to make that terrible trip to the PO tomorrow to get my package to my customer. Sigh . . .
