can not assign UPS account due to zip code not matching

I am trying to assign my UPS shipping account to PayPal and I keep receiving an error of Zip code does not match account number. I have verified several times that my zip code is the same on both accounts. Any help would be grateful. Thank you

Suggest giving customer support a ring, they can look at user account details where as no one here can do that.
