When printing a 99019 shipping label with a Dymo 330 Turbo printer the preview window is showing the 99019 template overlayed with what looks like a 30252 address label template as shown below. This happens every time on three different computers, using XP and W7, with both Internet Explorer and Firefox and two different Dymo 330 printers. Have reinstalled all drivers, java runtime, etc., and all software is the latest revision. Printer template is set to the 99019 and works fine with all other applications. Looking for a clue as to what the problem could be.
