Add tracking information page not loading

I've invoiced a customer for one of my digital services, and they've paid, and all of that has worked fine.

But when I go into the transaction details so I can "add tracking info" in order to change it so I don't have to ship anything - the page simply comes up blank, and won't load.

Got an ad blocker active? Try deactivating it.

Another post in the forum with similar problem was solved by deactivating uBlock Origin for the page and that worked for me too.
