I just sold an item, and the buyer sent me their apartment number since their address did not include it. When I'm printing out the shipping label, do I put in the apartment number in the "More address information (optional)" slot or in the address number and street slot? Thanks

I believe you need to go with the address that was given to you by the buyer. That's what is on file for the purchase and you're not endangering your Seller Protection. You can always annotate on the outside of the package the Apt #.

your buyer should update his shipping address to include the apartment number .
if you want to be picky, you can refund his payment and ask him to add apt number and send payment again.
but tracking does not track at the apt level,it is either zipcode match or address number and street,no apt number.
so if he said item not received, tracking will prove otherwise.
Once I havea lady who lives in a huge apt complex and she did not give me an apt number so the shipment was returned to me,you can google his address and see if it is an apt building and if his name is listed with address which includes an apt number
