didn't work fully.
The promo was $10 off an order of $50 AND free shipping. My order was $57. I got the $10 off but no free shipping. The offer was verifed 14 hours ago, is 'sitewide' and Blair doesn't mention any other conditions. Their site states shipping will update as soon as I enter shipping and billing address but it didn't. I've mentioned this on their 'contact us' email. But they are closed today.
The shipping is $12.99.
I don't see where I can complain about this in the resolution center. Any ideas about how to do this if Blair doesn't honor this offer?
