Can I receive payments without linking a bank account?

I want to use PayPal to sell items on eBay, but I really don't want to link my bank account. My credit card is linked, however. Will I be able to receive payments?

You can receive them but you won't be able to withdraw them without a bank account, you would have to ask paypal to send you a cheque.

There is this infamous Paypal prepaid debit card which you can purchase in a store ,it will cost you $4.95 a month, you can transfer your Paypal fund to it and vice versa.

then you can go out and use the card to shop.

search this forum and read all about the problems

I haven't linked a bank account yet only my debit card.. I've been able to send invoices but once a customer pays, I'm asked to accept or deny. When I click accept, it ask me to link bank account. I already tried linking when I opened my account and it didn't verify..

i don't plan on depositing my PayPal into my bank account. I just want to use my PayPal funds.

Since I can't accept payment, I'm forced to deny the payment even tho the customer paid and wanted what they bought.

what happens if you don't accept or deny the payment??

i can't ship my products out until I have payment. Pending or time to clear is one thing but having to deny each payment Only bc I can't link my  bank account.
