Como y a que numero para PayPal y tener soporte en español

Por mucho tiempo he tratado de llamar a PayPal y obtener soporte en español y siempre me encuentro con el servicio en ingles, alguien me puede ayudar con este tema

Necesito poder hablar telefónicamente con un representante de paypal en idioma spanish, pero esto ha sido imposible, el teléfono que ustedes tienen en su página web es en idioma ingles (1-402-952-8556).

Mis preferencias de idioma en mi cuenta de paypal están en spanishl.

Tengo una consulta sobre una transacción entre paypal y mi banco local.
