Hello everyone, I insert a new debit card in my paypal account and as everyone knows paypal charge me, but a lot more that they said. To be more accurate 3 euros. But this isnt the point. Then i went to my bank so i can see the 4digt code. I confirm my card but its been 5 days since then and paypal doesnt refund me . Why? I sent them a message but they never reply me. Any ideas? Thanks
