Does PayPal work with all banks in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia?

Hello!

We are going to register our company in Seychelles and open a bank account in one of these banks (Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia), so we need to be sure that we can send money from PayPal to any bank of Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia.

If does not, please provide information with what banks PayPal does not work.

Per this info, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia can only withdraw funds to US Banks.

If you register an offshore entity in Seyshells and open a bank account in another country, you won't be able to use PayPal.

For PayPal you may use a 0% tax Hong Kong or Singapore company, but this is quite a pricy set up.

Per this info you provided, PayPal can withdraw funds to Credit Cards in Latvia...

When trying to withdraw funds to my credit card, I am asked to link my account to US bank.

How can I withdraw my funds from PayPal?

If this can't be done, why should I use PayPal at all?!

Turns out only VISA cards can be added to withdraw funds. Amex/ECEM/MasterCard won't work.

Hello, could you help me with this? Because this is a big problem for me right now, I am getting paid through Paypal (kinda complicated to explain, I stream video games on website called Twitch where people tip you through Paypal and so that big part of my income). And I am in Lithuania. So now it basically renders my money useless. So if I get VISA card will I be able to transfer my money to my bank account (I have Mastercard right now)? Right now if I press withdraw fund it asks me to register my US bank account (obviously I don't have one).

it did not say Visa only

exactly, get a VISA card and you will be able to withdraw funds. Also remember that you will be asked to confirm your identity - you should do that aswell in order not to get your account locked after first 2000euros trasferred.
