I've have had my funds in an "On Hold" status now for over a month after a sale on Ebay. I provided shipping information and received a positive review from the buyer. The item was delivered within 1 week of the sale. I have called Paypal support 3 times now over the course of two weeks and today I was told by a "funds manager" who said they are having "technical issue" and he wasn't able to release the funds. I then asked to be transferred to the technical team and was told that would not be possible due to it being a back office group. Not sure what other options there are outside of legal action.
Has anyone else experienced this?
