I am a cater and have been using paypal here for over 6 yrs now like they way that I could send invoices to my clients for deposits payments. But the latest move to hold funds has caused severe financial hardship to my business. I was a big advocate for them as to the ease of us and how helpful customer service was. I can't pay my employees or vendors for the next 30 days . Paypal are you gaining interest on all the funds that you are holding?
