How do I add Paypal button to Kindle book?

Hi, I am going to put a Kindle ebook up on Amazon and I want to put a Paypal button in it as part of an offer in the book. I have the code from Paypal but when I put it in the book and uploaded it to Kindle, the Paypal button only shows as code, not the button graphics. Can anyone tell me how to have the Paypal button display as graphics with a link to Paypal instead of just code? Thanks in advance. Edward Smith.

The PayPal item button code is basically just an HTML Form.  There are sites and HTML Editors that don't play well with HTML Forms.  One must first find out if your site or Editor can work with HTML Forms and if yes, what special steps you have to take to make it work.  If your site or Editor can't work with HTML Forms, which is not uncommon, you can always use the email version of the item button code which you can then tweak as hyperlink.

You can build your own Button Text Links from scratch or take advantage of the Online Button Creator within your PayPal Account.   After generating the button code online, select the "Email" tab to view the Text Link Code.   Note, the "Email" tab will not be available if have included dropdown selections or text boxes in your item button code.   This is because you cannot include dropdown selections or text boxes in a Text or Hyperlink.
