How do I get my MYR to USD

I sent money to someone in Malaysia and it automatically transferred to them in MYR instead of USD so They refunded me and now i have it in MYR and can't use it is there anyway to get it back to USD

Here's how to convert the currency from MYR to USD in your account: 

You can transfer some or all of your PayPal balance from one currency to another.

Here's how to convert your balance to another currency:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Wallet at the top of the page.
3. Click Manage currencies.

Currency conversions are not available for PayPal accounts in Argentina, Brazil, and Malaysia.
