How do I pay the post office?

I have tried twice to buy stamps and pay with Paypal, but I can't guess the email or phone number and USPS doesn't work. What do I use?  Sara

See this info for USPS accepted payment options.  Note, it appears that your PayPal account is not one of the options however, if you have a PayPal Credit Card, that would work.
