Most of the PayPal receipts go through fine, but every now and then one will fail. Sometimes it’s because of a typo in the email address or because they inadvertently used a defunct address. And sometimes they just lose the receipt and need another copy. How can I go to the customer’s record in PayPal to resend the receipt or simply print a proper PDF receipt that I can forward myself?
