How do I track a technical support ticket

So I went to transfer money into my Paypal account from my bank, I wasn't allowed to do this and was sent to the resolution site to upload files. At this point I was not told what files to upload and there was no promised button in the Resolution . Long story short there seemed to be a glitch in the system which I guess customer support needed IT to fix the issue. So it's been a week and the promised fix over a week ago never happened. Now I am being promised "once" again that IT will fix the issue. This time I was smarter and asked for a support case number and I now have one. So to make sure I don't have any more GLITCHES I would like to go and track my case. Where do I do this? Help is no help. Frustrated 17 year Paypal veteran. Should not be this hard to do business with the company.

Just make a phone call for updated; the numbers are not avaiable online.
If you go to PayPal.com/MTS (Merchant Technical Support) and use the method for problems there will be a number which you can track. I don't know if your problem fits for that or not.
