How do i change to Danish Phone Number if i cannot receive a text on my original US Phone?

I am in Denmark and never confirmed the American Phone number originally linked to my US based Paypal account. The cell phone i gave it but never confirmed, is inactive now. I need to get money off Paypal, but when i try... it asks to send a text to my dead US #. How do I input a Danish number?

Paypal is country specific,when you move to Denmark,you should open an account in Denmark and enter your local phone number.

you can link your US bank account to your Denmark Paypal account.

When I moved from Brazil to the US about two years ago I tried everything to link my US bank account there, but it wouldn't accept it in any way. By googling, I found out I had to create a US paypal account, and so I did it and everything worked fine. However, back to Brazil, without a US phone number, I must use my brazilian paypal account again. That's not convenient at all (mainly because in a few months I'm moving to London, so I will have to create yet another account??). My question here is: can I just transfer my US paypal account information to my old Brazilian account instead?
